Purpose:
To deliver top-tier service, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems in residential and light commercial settings, ensuring optimal customer satisfaction and system performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues.
- Perform maintenance, repair, and service work on a variety of systems.
- Communicate clearly with customers to explain findings and recommendations.
- Ensure all work complies with current codes and manufacturer guidelines.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites and vehicles.
- Complete accurate documentation of work performed and materials used.
- Participate in continuous training and stay current on industry best practices.
Qualifications:
- 24 years or older
- Valid driver’s license
- Clear background check & pre-employment drug screen (including marijuana)
- Prior experience as an HVAC service technician preferred
- Strong troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude
- EPA Certification required
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and safety protocols
- Friendly, professional attitude with strong communication skills
Pay:
- Training Pay: $18–$25+/hour during training
- After Training: Performance-Based Pay (Commission Structure)
- Annual Earning Potential: $80,000–$200,000+
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Occasional weekends as needed
- Year-round work
